We try our best to make exchanging or returning an item easier for our customers.
As soon as you've decided you'd like to exchange or return, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. Please simply contact us at CUSTOMERCARE@BISOUSBOUTIQUE.COM.AU providing all of the following conditions have been met:
- all full price item(s) must be exchanged or refund with a credit note within 14 days from the date of delivery;
- BISOUS do not accept any "change-of-mind" back for exchanged or refund with a credit note;
- BISOUS do not accept any sale item(s) back for exchanged or refund with a credit note;
- proof of purchase (i.e. a tax invoice) must accompany the item(s) which you wish to exchange or return for a credit note;
- the item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition with all designer tags attached and in the original packaging; the item(s) will not be accepted for exchange or return with a credit note if the designer tags has been removed;
- item(s) that are damaged, worn, soiled, altered, or anything BISOUS reasonably believes has been used will not be accepted for exchange or refund with a credit note;
- all item(s) exchanges or refunds with credit notes do not apply to any cosmetics, earrings, hosiery and underwear;
- all credit notes from refunds will be valid for 90 days.
